ONLINE STORE PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayFast, which allows you to complete your purchase with your Visa or Mastercard credit card. If you have a South African bank account with either ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Capitec or Standard Bank you can also do an EFT via PayFast. For more information about PayFast, please contact us.

REFUND POLICY
Faulty items must be returned to Crème hair care via registered mail and if confirmed to be
defective, refunded.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you receive a product that you’re not happy with, please contact us and arrange the return to us within 7 days of the date that the goods were received. Goods must please be sent by registered mail. Once we receive the item/s, and have confirmed that they are in a saleable condition, we’ll email you your credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit you for the shipping of the items that you wish to return.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Should you wish to buy an item that is out of stock, please feel free to contact us and we’ll try our best to process your order as soon as possible depending on the availability of our manufacturing schedule.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something
isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the item for a different item  (as long as it is the same price or lower).

We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unused in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

with your reason for returning the product and advise if you would like to exchange it. Include details of the new product.
To return an item, please send it via registered mail with a tracking number.
After confirming that the returned goods are in a saleable condition, we will arrange for the refund or exchange.
 A refund can only be offered if the items that are being returned have not been used.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to reach us. At peak times, the return process may take a little longer.

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Time | Your order should arrive within 1-5 working days.
We send parcels from Monday to Friday during working hours (this excludes South African public holidays).
We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address.
